Why We Started This Site

Too many pets suffer because of wrong information. A hamster stuck in a tiny cage. A betta fish in a cold bowl. A tortoise with no UVB light. These are not rare mistakes — they happen every day.

Most pet store advice is designed to sell products. It is not always designed to help your pet. We write guides that tell you the truth.

Our goal is simple. We want every pet on this site to live a long, healthy, happy life.

How We Write Our Guides

Every guide covers the same topics: housing, diet, health, handling, and cost. We use short sentences and plain language so anyone can understand.

We do not write what pet stores want to hear. We write what the animal actually needs.
